Though we are using one of the best servers available in market, there might be down time during any natural disasters, some critical issue in server. But normally we guarantee 99.9% up-time.
Will the updates in product will be free of charge?
Yes, normally all the updates will be free of charge accept some the service which does cost us will be paid. To avail this paid upgrades you will have an option to upgrade your subscription plan.
What type of support will be provided?
We offer email support to all our customers during normal working Indian hours. Telephonic support will be provided in selected packages only.
Do you provide facility to upgrade only certain features of the product rather upgrading plan?
Yes for certain condition if the packages does not match your requirement we will help you to meet your requirement.
